We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Assist with event planning and coordination - Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Perform order entry tasks and maintain accurate records - Assist with personal assistant tasks such as travel arrangements, expense reports, and document preparation - Coordinate projects by organizing files, transcribing meeting notes, and tracking progress - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and other relevant software applications - Previous experience in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
