Many More! Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Electro Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing electro-mechanical systems for our cutting-edge products. As part of this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest quality, reliability, and performance standards. This is a permanent position with ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop electro-mechanical systems for aerospace applications, including but not limited to brushless DC motors and drive electronics.2. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that designs meet all necessary specifications and regulatory standards, including DO-254.3. Conduct analysis and simulations to evaluate design performance and identify areas for improvement.4. Participate in developing and implementing manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical systems, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.5. Provide technical support and guidance to the manufacturing team during production.6. Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigation on electro-mechanical systems, implementing corrective actions as necessary.7. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source components and materials, ensuring the highest quality and best value.8. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electro-mechanical systems engineering and incorporate this knowledge into product designs and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical systems engineering, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.3. Proficiency with brushless motors, drive electronics, and valves.4. Demonstrated knowledge of DO-254 or similar aerospace standards.5. Strong technical skills, with proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems.7. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.8. Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.9.
