00pm The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Updates the Framework systems with new addresses received from return mail and resends the invoice.
Review the completed returned contracts and AOB before filing to ensure all information was updated or utilized.
Reviews them for completeness and accuracy Generates/creates and mails introduction contracts and AOB's letters for all new A/R accounts,.

(NJ, CT, MA, VA) Sort and distributes all incoming faxes from the billing department area to the appropriate reps mailboxes Monitor, print and distribute communication from the admission email/webmail Filing of all facility bills, completed credit requests, and face sheets within the billing department.
Contact the facility/hospice for formulary for residents when they receive email from the billing rep advising pt hospice (CT/MA/VA).
Upon receipt of information, they will forward to billing rep for entry.
Enter all IV nursing charge visits for Partners CT/MA Creates and updates facility routing sheets and checklist when necessary in Zeus shared folder.
On a monthly basis, enters all consulting and med record fees for Partners CT/MA/VA On a monthly basis, enters all billing summary data for the Care One facilities and emails the spreadsheet to Corporate.
(all sites) On a monthly basis, coordinates the corporate delivery of Care One facility billing summaries.
(all sites) Maintains and fosters positive work environment within the billing and admissions departments.
Communicates effectively with all company personnel.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent Professional
Experience:
2 years of related experience Knowledge of pharmacy operations & billing cycles Proficient with Microsoft Word Strong organizational and communication skills (written & Verbal) Partners Pharmacy - Our mission is to define excellence within the health care community.
