Be the primary contact for our inbound phone callsAct as a liaison to Service Advisor by obtaining client information and primary concernsArrange appropriate alternate transportation for clientsGenerate repair orders and estimatesThoroughly explain completed work and charges Schedule Service appointmentsCommunicate with clients on behalf of the Advisor during the service experienceFollow-up with clients after Service is complete to ensure exceptional experience Qualifications/Requirements - Service Receptionist:
High School graduate or GEDExceptional Customer Service abilitiesMust possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and clean criminal history.
Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environmentPlease upload your resume and complete the online assessmentMust be authorized to work in the U.

Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
