We specialize in New and Pre-Owned Vehicles in our Group We are looking for a Motor Vehicle Clerk that has experience to join our group.

Responsibilities:
-Must be Fingerprinted with the State of NJ and be able to operate the plate system including NJ OLR and Dealertrack - Must have knowledge and experience of processing plates, registrations, and titles for NJ, NY, CT, DE, PA, and other surrounding states.
Experience with out of state agencies is a plus.
- Simple computer tasks including Microsoft Office products along with proper, organized filing and scanning methods.
- Process Titles and liens with various lenders - Process Cash, Finance, and Lease deals - Prepare and send Finance packages to all the banks - Respond to banks on any outstanding title issues - Order Duplicate MCO's and titles from sellers and/or manufacturers - Handle Payoff's and process quotes - Process and handle customer MV fee refunds (((Being a Certified Notary is a plus but not required))) Requirements:
