attention to detail data collection, management, and analysis problem analysis and problem-solving planning and organizing Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate at both business and technical levels with the stakeholders and developers as appropriate.
Quick learner with experience working in fast-paced environments.
Ability to work in a team and with multi-tasking skills to handle multiple tasks.
Strong analytical skills to identify system and business impacts The candidate should meet the following requirements:
Some minimal technical experience and some college education Demonstrated willingness and skills to work through problem resolutions PROFESSIONAL WRITTEN and VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS a MUST Organized, able to work independently and multitask Be able to work 100% onsite Required Technical Skills and job responsibilities Review business and functional requirements to produce a test strategy and test Plan Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases (functional testing for sprint testing and regression) and other artifacts Experience using test management, and defect tracking tools such as Jira, QMetry, and Confluence Experience with web application (frontend and backend) testing.
Strong knowledge and experience in all the phases of SDLC and STLC Demonstrated experience with Databases and SQL Expertise validating backend using SQL Scripts Test software releases by executing assigned Smoke, End to End, functional, and regression test cases Understanding of defect life cycle.
Produce well-documented defect reports in the Defect tracking tool and create test logs Document and Report test results to stakeholders Define, develop, and institutionalize best practices and procedures within a mixed manual and automated testing environment Do not reply to this posting if you are located outside of an easy commuting distance to Springfield, NJ.
