Candidate must be articulate, motivated and have the skill set in running a Sales Team reporting to the Broker of Record.
Responsibilities include teaching of salesmanship to new hires and the competency to manage them.
Must be organized, self-starter, motivated, well-spoken, presentable, and preferably a non-smoker.
Starting salary $65,000-$75,000 plus medical/profit sharing based on experience/resume and productivity.
The hours are Monday to Friday 9:
00am-5:
00pm.
Future office to be located in the Springfield/Short Hills area.
