Seeking a HYBRID,Full Charge Bookkeeper for our growing Real Estate Management client.
The candidate will be responsible for Full Cycle Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliations, AP/AR functions, as well as Office Management duties.
The full charge Bookkeeper will have prior experience working with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
Plus, this role offers Hybrid working capabilities! Since this is a Property Management company, Yardi software experience is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
