This position is for a part-time in-office caller/data entry that will be a 100% in office.
This is a part-time position to start from the hours of 1pm-6pm Monday-Friday (Saturday mornings and potentially extended full-time hours will be added to the schedule in 2024.
) We are offering$20.
00 per hour.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified applicants will have excellent communication and computer skills, heavy out-bound calling skills, as well as customer service experience, lead generation experience, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues to assist the head department manager.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Qualify and Schedule Interests/ Manage schedules 2.
Communicate with client relation manager as well as sales managers and reps 3.
Maintain company conversion standards 4.
Able to multi-task and use multiple resources that will be provided to fill schedules 5.
Able to take the initiative to complete tasks & work as a team or individually 6.
Data management (Specifically to track costs) 7.
CRM management 8.
Prepare reports for weekly meeting when needed AGAIN THIS IS A 100% IN OFFICE POSITION, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR REMOTE OR A HYBRID THIS IS NOT THE POSITION FOR YOU!
